Plumbing

• Install kitchen sink, pull out faucet sink tap, basin tap
• Replace basin/kitchen PVC bottle trap
• Install kitchen sink including tap, inlet and outlet pipes
• Run/extend new tap point for washing machine/fridge
• T-out with mini ball valve and install spray tap at WC
• Install instant heater with/without shower set
• Install rain shower mixer set
• Removed old & apply silicon sealer for kitchen sink, basin, bathtub
• Supply & replace glass shower screen door seal on bottom and side
• Clear choke at sink or basin
• Clear choke at gully hole
• Clear choke at Inspection Chamber (IC) view to quote
• Install water filter 

Carpentry

• Replace and re-align cabinet door hinges or wardrobe door hinges
• Reposition hinges hole on damaged cabinet door
• Replace gas spring on lift up cabinet or dish rack glass door
• Supply & install new drawer/cabinet lock, or make replacements
• Add new shelves in wardrobe or cabinet up to 100cm
• Install new hangar bar in wardrobe up to 100cm
• Install door knob lock, lever or handle lock on main/room doors
• Hinge re-alignment or modify door to fit onto door edge
• Supply & install or replace normal timber door or heavy duty door
• Replace concealed floor mount glass door closer which includes 'PM' closer
• Minor carpentry repair work
• Construct timber deck for indoor or outdoor
• Sand down and re-varnish timber deck (min 100 sq ft)

Electrical

• Install light fixture or false ceiling PLC light
• Install hanging light or crystal light but excluding chandeliers
• Install ceiling fan or wall fan
• Supply & install IC controller for lighting-to-fan selection
• Install bathroom ventilation fan with acrylic mounting panel
• Replace designer light switches or power point
• Supply & run new power points such as Single 1x13a or Double 2x13a
• Supply & run new SCV point

Metal Works

• Welding repair metal swing or sliding gate
• Replace sliding gate roller wheels
• Construct metal racks with plywood shelvings

General Tasks

• Install single hook or double hooks for hanging pictures, photos, artwork, painting
• Mount mirrors or big picture frames
• Hang banners
• Supply & install heavy duty ring hook for swing, cradle or baby sarong
• Hang rugs, carpet art on wall
• Remove picture hooks and patch up (excluding painting)
• Assemble of knock down furnitures eg: TV shelf, 2-door wardrobe, 3-door wardrobe, 4-door wardrobe
• Install pole system wardrobe assembly poles, shelving, drawers or tray
• Install curtain rods
• Install blinds such as roller blind, venetian blind and etcetera
• Install L brackets shelving or IKEA LAX wall shelf (short)
• Install kitchen or bathroom accessories
• Mount LCD/LED/SMART TV onto wall (max 42 inch)
